Virtual Assistant / Video Editor

We have an exciting opportunity for a versatile Video Editor and Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both video editing and crafting visually appealing content for our various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This position offers a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise, allowing you to contribute to different facets of our brand's online presence.

Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high-quality videos that align with our requirement
Review and improve existing video content for a more professional and polished look.
Repurpose existing videos to maximize content across all social media platforms.
Manage and schedule content for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, ensuring consistent weekly uploads.
Create and manage weekly YouTube videos and five Instagram reels per week.
Develop engaging and creative content ideas, especially around parenting topics.
Handle social media management tasks including posting, scheduling, and community engagement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor and social media manager.
Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Ability to replicate and enhance video styles similar to Molly Mae and Shea Whitney.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in parenting or lifestyle content.
Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
Familiarity with content repurposing strategies.
