As an Amazon FBA Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon FBA account to drive sales and increase profitability. You will work closely with our marketing and inventory teams to ensure our products are listed effectively and that our FBA processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

FBA Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of our Amazon FBA operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
Product Listings: Create, optimize, and manage product listings, ensuring they are compelling, accurate, and aligned with SEO best practices.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment and prevent stockouts.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues related to FBA shipments, returns, or customer complaints.
Compliance: Ensure all products and operations comply with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Amazon FBA accounts, with a track record of driving sales and optimizing performance.
Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, including seller central, FBA policies, and best practices.
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, or Jungle Scout.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
