International Newsletter Marketing Manager (remote)

Role: We are looking for a talented and experienced Newsletter Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using newsletter systems, particularly Mailchimp, and will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing our email campaigns. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute newsletter campaigns using Mailchimp, targeting various countries in multiple languages.
- Utilize Mailchimp Automations and Customer Journeys to create personalized and automated customer communications.
- Design and create visually appealing newsletter templates, keeping up with the latest design trends.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Create and design banners for newsletters, with the ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align email marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into our email marketing strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
- Tech-savvy with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent design sense and familiarity with current design trends.
- Ability to create and design templates and banners, with proficiency in using AI tools for design support.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team.
- Willingness and capability to understand and tackle complex issues.
