Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Telemarketer at Scale Up Outsourcing Ltd., you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and setting appointments with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities;
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and identify their needs.
• Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of prospects.
• Set appointments for the sales team to close deals.
• Provide information about our services and answer any questions potential clients may have.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointments set.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects using our CRM system.

Qualifications;
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
