JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Client and Team Portfolio Management: Maintain client and team allocation information up-to-date and accurately.
- Setting Up Infrastructure and Platforms for Onboarding Clients: Assist in creating and configuring the necessary platforms for new clients.
- Team Platform Access Management: Administer and manage access permissions for various tea ---------- mbers across our digital platforms.
- Digital Plumbing: Ensure all digital tools and platforms are correctly connected and functioning, verifying access and integration.
- Setting Up Adriel Dashboards and Reports: Create and manage dashboards and reports in Adriel.
- Troubleshooting Platform Access Issues: Provide support to the team by troubleshooting and resolving any access-related issues.
- General Handyman for Digital Tools: Act as a go-to person for miscellaneous technical tasks and needs within the company.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with various digital tools and platforms, with a keen ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Familiarity with ClickUp: Experience using ClickUp or similar tools.
- Knowledge with Facebook Business Ad Manager, Klaviyo, Analytics: Understanding and experience with these platforms are essential for managing and supporting the client and team.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- English Communication Skills: Strong English verbal and written communication skills as you will work with the team from all around the world.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, particularly in a tech or digital marketing environment.
- A passion for technology and continuous learning.
- Fast and reliable internet connection with available backup. Note, we require that you have a camera on your computer because you are required to be on video calls with our team.
- Located in S.E Asia, however, flexible to work either in the USA or AUS time zones.
