We are seeking a Project Manager who is an expert in using ClickUp and has extensive experience in a marketing agency setting.

The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running with minimal direction needed on ClickUp and will receive comprehensive support to understand our business operations.

We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage marketing projects using ClickUp, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with the team to improve and streamline current systems and processes.
- Communicate politely yet effectively with tea ---------- mbers to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently.
- Identify and implement efficiencies to optimise project workflows.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of company processes and systems.
- Work closely with our Australian-based team and Filipino tea ---------- mbers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp.
- Extensive experience working in a marketing agency.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Highly detail-oriented with a passion for finding efficiencies.
- Polite yet assertive in ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
