Project Manager Position for Web-App startup

As a Project Manager, you'll be overseeing and managing the development team for a startup platform tailored for sales and consulting professionals. The platform is a web application built with the latest technologies, including Next.js, and utilizes AI features powered by OpenAI. We use Linear as our project management tool to ensure seamless workflow and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the development team to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical tea ---------- mbers, as well as stakeholders.
Oversee the development process, ensuring that the project adheres to defined timelines and quality standards.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and any issues encountered.
Facilitate collaboration and ensure clear communication within the team and with other departments.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
Strong understanding of web technologies, including Next.js and AI integration (OpenAI).
Experience with project management tools, specifically Linear.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

We are hiring this position for our client. The initial pay will be hourly at $10/hour for the first 60 days, after which we will explore pay increases and bonuses as the project scales. Hour reporting will be done at the end of each week on an honor system.
