Position: Sales Representative
Location: Remote (US Time Zone)
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to a provided list of potential clients. The goal is to engage prospects, understand their needs, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 70-80 outbound and inbound calls per day.
Engage with potential clients to present and sell our products/services.
Understand and address client needs and objections.
Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work US time zone hours.
Proven track record in sales or a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
