ABOUT:
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer passionate about creating visually compelling content. This role involves designing for various social media platforms and occasional individual projects. Beyond technical skills, we value strategic thinking; we want someone who can bring innovative ideas to help achieve our clients' goals through graphic design.

JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Design and create engaging visual content for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative strategies that align with client objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for content strategies.
- Handle occasional individual projects, ensuring all work aligns with our clients' brand guidelines and goals.
- Communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers using tools like Slack, Gmail, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all design work.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute innovative ideas.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we are open to candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating their design capabilities.
