Video Editor (Expert)

Join our team as an expert video editor.

This a permanent and long term part time position.

Your role is to take the content we deliver to you and edit that raw footage into polished, usable clips and videos for LinkedIn & YouTube, ads for Instagram and Facebook, and our online portal.

In a perfect world, we would love to partner with a seasoned editor that has built LinkedIn video assets and YouTube channels before, converting ads for Facebook and Instagram and plug him or her into our process.

- You would use our ---------- account as a task tracking system and digital asset management tool.
- We use Dropbox for transferring source recordings to you and to receive back edited videos (and re-edits)
- You would be able to commit to a two or three day turnaround time at the most.
- You would have strong attention to detail (no errors with the captions, consistent color grading, style and branding guide, etc.)

We don't want someone we need to micro-manage - rather, we want to find a tea ---------- mber that wants a role where he or she can take ownership over the content and the finished product in a way that is highly polished and professional.

The Process:
- We will send over video files with the intended use and formats expected (i.e. 9x16, 16x9, screen share, etc)
- We will be available for feedback and guidance as needed
- Edited clips / videos will then be sent back to us for our team to post
- If adjustments are needed, we request a re-edit

The Deliverables:
We estimate ramping up to 60+ videos needed per month in the following formats / channels:
- LinkedIn Videos (20 videos per month, 3-10 minutes each)
- YouTube Videos (4 longer form videos per month, 20-30 minutes each)
- YouTube Shorts (?? per month, normal lengths)
- Online Portal Trainings (20 video per month, 5-20 minutes each)
- Meta Ads (FB & IG) (5 - 10 videos per month, short with captions in multiple aspect ratios)

Please provide samples of social media-specific clips for YouTube shorts, FB/IG reels or ads, and/or LinkedIn.

You will be required to meet with our content team once per week during our our day time hours (MDT). Currently this on Tuesday afternoons Mountain Time but we can move this to a different time depending on you and our team's schedule. Most of the team communication will be done electronically throughout the work week via Slack and ---------- and video conferencing through Zoom. Your location can be anywhere, but you need to have a reliable internet connection. You must fluently speak and understand written and spoken English.

PAY INFORMATION: Pay amount depends mostly on skill but also on quantity of videos and time. We prefer to pay a higher amount for a higher level of skill. Payroll Payment will be made weekly for the first 2 weeks during the trial period via Wise directly to your bank account, and then payment will be made every other week for the previous 2 weeks (like normal payroll).

Additional Benefits Offered:
13th month pay (based on the total paid during the previous 12 months of pay).
Regular Holidays are paid time off and Special Non-Working days are non-paid time off if they fall on a weekday.
Consideration to pay SS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig after 6 months of service.
