Position: Part-Time Social Media Marketing Strategist
Compensation: $4.50 per hour
Expected Hours: 16 hrs per week
Schedule: 9AM to 1PM, Tuesday to Friday (Philippine time)

Are you a highly creative and analytical Social Media Marketing Strategist with a strong marketing background? We are looking for someone like you to join our team and develop strategic marketing initiatives with a focus on social media. You will be collaborating with our creative team to create a unified and effective content strategy that will ultimately satisfy our clients.

Our ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker with a strong background in marketing and proven experience in social media management. You should be detail-oriented, collaborative, and have a strong ability to craft and execute effective social media strategies that align with our brand's voice and goals.

This role requires a marketing background, who understands social media platforms, content planning, content strategy, caption writing, scheduling, email campaign, community management, and other marketing-related tasks.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Developing and implementing targeted social media marketing strategies.
- Creating visually appealing and engaging content, including caption writing, content scheduling.
- Leveraging social media analytics to refine marketing approaches and enhance engagement rates.
- Regularly communicating with the team to align on strategy and content planning.

The tools you’ll be using are:
- ClickUp for project management
- Slack and Google Meet for communication
- Content Creation Tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Social Media Platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
