We are looking for an AWESOME virtual assistant with strong English language skills, Excellent Copywriting skills, good web research and reporting abilities,
Everything else can be taught for any English proficient, hard working, loyal employee with great attitude:
You may also be requested to execute basic tasks if needed.
Examples Of General Tasks:
* Email management/filtering
* Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets
* Maintain a calendar and set up meetings
* Take transcription and handle correspondence
* Prepare and send out email newsletters
* Handle client inquiries by phone or email
* Data entry
* Research tasks
*
Customer service by email (phone ideally)
*
Liaison between you and other team members
*
Set-up social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube)
*
Manage and update social media accounts
The starting salary is $170usd per month paid weekly for the first month during the trial period. After the first 4 weeks of work, we will discuss your salary raise depending on your performance and initiative. Normally, an agreement is made for a 12 month periods.
