About Us:
I’m a marketing consultant specialising in e-commerce, providing exceptional services to our clients across various platforms. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) based in the Philippines to join our small team. You will be working across eight clients from New Zealand, Australia, and America.

Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant (VA) for e-commerce clients, you will be crucial in supporting our operations. You will be responsible for setting up ads, generating reports, and managing day-to-day tasks on platforms in Asana and Meta Ads Manager (Google would be a bonus as well). Proficiency in Canva is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate should be a good communicator with a strong understanding of e-commerce and media buying marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage ads on various platforms.
• Generate and analyse performance reports for ongoing campaigns.
• Organize and track tasks using Asana.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all projects are on track.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• (Optional) Create visually appealing graphics using Canva for marketing purposes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
• Proficient in using Asana and Ads Manager.
• Experience working with Shopify clients.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised.
• (Optional) Basic to intermediate skills in Canva.
