Phone Operator & Customer Service Agent

We are a US-based junk removal company looking for a full-time, home-based customer support agent to work with our customer support & sales department.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
- Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
- Take inbound sales calls, customer requests, and/or complaints and make outbound calls.
- Respond to customer questions via phone call, email, live chat, Facebook messenger, or SMS.
- Provide service quotes & make sure to do a follow-up with the leads.

Book new jobs, reschedule &/or update service jobs in our booking calendar system.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives

This is a full-time position. You MUST have excellent English skills.
Work hours are 5 days a week INCLUDES WEEKENDS 8am-6pm PST (we will d ---------- on the schedule after your interview)
$4/hr. to start, with the ability to earn up to $5/hr + bonuses based on performance.
