***We will pay you $400/month to start plus sales commissions that are very easily another $200-$400 more per month. And there is an opportunity for growth in compensation and responsibilities in the next 6 months.
All of this said, we are looking for an "A+" team member. We do not want an average team member.
To do this job, though, you MUST:
• Have excellent English - both written and spoken. "OK" or "average" English will not be good enough. If you're English isn't excellent, don't even apply. To find the best candidate, we will have several phone calls and emails with the owners of the company to make sure it's excellent. When you make phone calls, there can't be dogs barking in the background.
• Have a good Internet connection, good computer, and a backup plan if the Internet or electricity is out. We will need an explanation of your situation. You will need Skype to be able to interview with us.
• Be responsive. While you'll have flexibility to mostly work the hours you want, you'll need to answer all customer service issues (emails and phone calls) within 10 hours of them coming in. This may mean that you may need to work a few hours in the middle of the night to make phone calls (so that it's daylight in the US/Canada.)..and sometimes after we have a big sales day, you may need to work extra hours to get everything caught up. And, you may need to do early morning or late night phone calls with the rest of our team. If you're being responsive and doing an excellent job, there is more flexibility in the hours.
• Care: We want people who want the company to succeed, who care about our customer concerns, and who feel uncomfortable if customers are waiting to hear from someone or if tasks are not yet completed.
• Be detail oriented: We will be testing everyone on their ability to follow through on detailed instructions.
• Learn quickly: You will have a Philippine supervisor who will teach you everything you need to know, but there is a lot to learn, and we have new information every week that you must learn and adapt to.
• Work only for us: You have the ability to make a lot of money with us, have fun, and be part of a team of other A+ players...but to succeed you must work only for us. No side jobs, no other jobs...just us.
Job Summary:
• Handle all customer service emails and phone calls (#1 priority). This is mostly answering customer's questions and issuing refunds via email. It's also helping to retain customers and sell other products to them (of which you get a commission)...and, of course, it's sometimes dealing with angry, frustrated or confused customers. You will have to call customers and make them happy.
Other tasks:
• Test website marketing funnels for functionality, look, and mistakes
• Collect data and create reports (in Excel)
• Do various research projects
• Complete various weekly tasks
• Record videos and create instruction of how we do things.
• Many other items that will likely come up down the road...
Our Ideal Hire Is:
• Upbeat, optimistic, and positive
• Able to learn fast and figure things out
• Has previous Customer Service experience
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Has amazing attention to detail (hopefully more than me!)
• Is able to very quickly learn new software and programs (we use probably 20 different applications).
