We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter and Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team for a high reputable credit repair company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments for our sales team, and ensuring a smooth transition for potential clients into our credit repair services. Your goal is to increase the number of qualified leads and appointments, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential leads using various sources, including online databases, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage prospective clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and lead generation activities.
Appointment Setting:
Reach out to potential clients via phone,
Follow up with leads and prospects to confirm appointments and address any preliminary questions or concerns.
Ensure a high conversion rate from initial contact to scheduled appointment.
Qualifying Leads:
Assess the needs and eligibility of potential clients to ensure they align with our services and objectives.
Use a consultative approach to understand the client's credit situation and provide relevant information about our services.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and campaigns.
Provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment setting metrics, including conversion rates and feedback.
Customer Service:
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with potential and existing clients.
Address client inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and friendly approach.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
A basic understanding of credit repair and financial services is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
