We are seeking one or two detail-oriented virtual assistants to support our operations, fulfillment, and light bookkeeping needs. This remote position offers flexibility in terms of location and time zone, as our founders are based across three different U.S. cities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage order tracking and fulfillment processes
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with accuracy
Perform light bookkeeping tasks in Quickbooks
Assist with daily operational updates
Handle weekly order updates and reporting
Support larger ordering projects as needed
Work closely with the founder, Alex, on various tasks
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and data management
Basic bookkeeping knowledge
Basic experience with Quickbooks Online
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in e-commerce or CPG industry preferred
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
Familiarity with online calendars, scheduling, and project management tools
Time Commitment:
The position requires approximately 15-25 hours per month, with flexibility in scheduling.
