Job Title: Cold Caller

Rate: $5 per hour
Payment: Weekly

We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller with a proven track record of working with US clients. If you have excellent communication skills, experience in appointment setting, and a strong customer service approach, this could be the perfect role for you! You must be adaptable to different cultures and working environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential US clients to introduce products and services
Set appointments by generating interest and qualifying leads for the sales team
Handle inquiries and provide top-notch customer service in all interactions
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with teams across time zones


Qualifications:
Experience as a Cold Caller or Sales Representative, especially with US clients
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Strong resilience to rejection and ability to stay motivated
Experience in appointment setting and customer service
Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools
Ability to adapt to different cultures and remote work environments
