Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and personable Virtual Intake Specialist based in the Philippines to join our team who is fluent in English and in FRENCH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, conducting client intakes, and supporting our legal team with administrative tasks. This role emphasizes the sales aspect of client interactions, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Answer and manage a high volume of calls ( ---------- per week).
Conduct initial client intake, gathering essential information and scheduling appointments.
Provide information about our legal services and address client inquiries.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and case information.
Assist in coordinating with the legal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into appointments.

Qualifications:

Speaks Fluent English and French
Proven experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and remotely with a reliable internet connection.
