Key Responsibilities:

User Interface Design: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

User Experience Optimization: Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the user experience.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.

Visual Design: Design engaging visuals, including icons, buttons, and other UI elements, ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual identity.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet user needs and business goals.

Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine designs based on their input.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) effectively.

Feedback Incorporation: Receive and implement feedback from tea ---------- mbers and users to refine and improve designs.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.

File Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets and project files.


Required Qualifications and Skills:
1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in UI/UX design software.
2. Creativity: Strong creative skills and the ability to think outside the box.
3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
5. Problem-Solving: Ability to solve design challenges with innovative solutions.
6. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
7. Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
8. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design work.

Experience Level:

Entry to Mid-Level: 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within an agency or in-house design team.

Salary Range:

PHP 40,000 PHP 45,000 per month: Depending on experience and qualifications.
