Virtual Assistant for setting up T-Shirt Design Project process

Part Time 20 hrs/wk

Im looking for a Assistant Virtual Assistant To help me with Merch By Amazon.

You will be responsible for Setting up the infrastructure for the whole process and documentation along side with me.

From Sourcing design ideas to Design to Uploading and Writing seo Descriptions.

The process should be documented in Standard operation Procedures And should be accompanied with worksheets for our freelancers to work in.

We will be using Google Docs for all written documentation.
Project management cloud be done in Google Sheet, Trello or other options This is open to your suggestions.

Must have Experience with:
--Google Drive Docs & Sheets
--SEO research tools /Search Engine Optimization
--creating SOP and instructions
-Great communication and able to Instruct Other Freelancers
-Native or near Native English skills

Prior knowledge or experience with the following is a plus but not a requirement.
-Experience with Merch By Amazon or other Print on Demand services like redbubble, spreadshirt, teespring or teepublic.
-Basic knowledge of Illustrator or Photoshop and able to make basic edits in these programs.
-Experience with Checking for Trademark or copyright issues.
-Listing products in a online platform or store like on Ebay, Amazon, shopify, Etsy ect.
-writing product Descriptions with SEO in mind.

This is a PartTime 20 hours per week job.
