Customer Support for dropshipping store using HelpDesk as platform

We are looking for a dedicated part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

- Experience with communication with supplier/agent in China
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Have experience with the platform HelpDesk
- Familiar with Shopify (refunds, cancellation, adjustment of orders etc)
- Proven experience in customer support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
