We’re LeadSparker and we’re building the UK’s most innovative marketing startup, placing tech, people & AI at the heart of what we do. Stefan started LeadSparker after leaving Big 4 Consulting 3 years ago, combining his passion for tech, marketing and efficiency.

Since starting LeadSparker as a side project in 2021, LeadSparker has: scaled to 100s of B2B businesses from Forbes listers to Silicon valley giants across the UK, EU and the USA, completely bootstrapped & created a unique & compelling brand.

Most incredibly, much of this growth was achieved by the formidable impact of Stefan (CEO) and Vetle (CMO), all whilst working part time on the business. Stefan was a Mathematics student, who also worked in Consultancy and Finance. Vetle was a Marketing expert who has now also learned to code.

We’re so excited about delivering the best results in the industry with the incredible amount of automation and scalable systems at our disposal. The market size is huge and no one has scaled a business quite like ours… yet! We are scaling the team as we prepare for rapid growth over the next 6-12 months.

What am I going to do, you ask?

- Engage potential clients: this will be on marketing strategy, systems, & B2B growth
- Monitoring and executing vital daily actions using a cutting edge CRM system
- Appointment Setting
- Use automation to help with this
- A team player in our culture: help create & maintain an honest, efficient, proactive culture
