I need a video editor

With that nasty bit out the way ;) let's get to the fun bit.

I am looking for a Youtube video editor who can help me on a gig basis.

However, the gig basis will be regular work.

I am going to need someone with greta design skills who is up to date on the latest trends and thumbnails.

I will always get the thumbnail and hook done forts then after that record the video.

The video style will be educational in nature but with a story or a number of story arcs threaded through.

I script my videos by bullet point and follow them through on a teleprompter so the edits will be fairly easy, there will be need to cut out some filler words and dead space, but not a ton.

The edits can benefit form b-rill and some excitement, transitions and so on, but more to the point is to focus on the message for my audience.

So I am NOT LOOKING FOT flash! I am looking for someone who can produce great work consistently.
