Job Description: Rather than looking to have two part-time helpers, I'm looking for someone who can spend time doing both jobs! I need someone with a deep understanding of Squarespace and Flodesk to manage projects to help my business grow.

About Me:

I am Bianca, an Accent Coach dedicated to helping individuals improve their communication skills.

I am looking for a talented and motivated individual to assist me with projects.

There are a variety of tasks associated with each project, but you will mainly be helping me by:

1. Managing Flodesk and creating email campaigns for each project.

This role involves managing our email marketing campaigns, creating visually appealing email templates, and optimizing our Flodesk account for maximum efficiency.

2. Updating my website (which is hosted on Squarespace) by creating landing pages and changing details as needed for each project.

This role is crucial for converting leads to customers and enhancing my online presence and ensuring my website runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Squarespace-

- Manage and update content on the Squarespace website.
- Assist in designing and implementing new pages and features.
- Optimize website for SEO and user experience.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any issues.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to drive traffic to the site.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.

Flodesk-

- Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using Flodesk.
- Design and customize email templates to align with our brand.
- Segment and manage email lists for targeted marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Assist with automation workflows to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align email strategies with overall business goals.

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in Squarespace and web design principles.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Proven experience using Flodesk for email marketing.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design.
- Strong Copywriting, Revising, and Proofreading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in website management or digital marketing is a plus.
