Customer care VA for high end medical clinics - Part time - flexible daily schedule. hrs within Mon- Friday 9am-6pm EST

We are a U.S. based regenerative medicine clinic looking for a part time home based customer care / appointment booking representative to contact past and potential clients to have them visit our clinic to start care or be evaluated.

1.Call our past clients that did not sign up for care and invite them to come back and start their treatment - use booking link to make an appointment if client is willing or leave a message on voicemail - Make notes of call outcome - notify if follow up needed from U.S. staff for unfamiliar subjects.

2.Call list of leads that submitted info on our website but we could not reach and invite them it for a free consultation - use booking link to make an appointment if client willing or leave message on voicemail Makes notes of call outcome - notify if follow up needed from U.S. staff for unfamiliar subjects

3.Call list of clients that had booked an appointment but canceled or did not show up and invite them in for an appointment - use booking link to make an appointment if client willing or leave message on voicemail Makes notes of call outcome - notify if follow up needed from U.S. staff for unfamiliar subjects

4.Follow communication “scripts/ outline” when handling different client/list types - Report any appointments made to upline-Overall daily summary report
