JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Online Support Staff - Scheduling and HR Assistant

Company Overview: We are a leading provider of in-home caregiving services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. We are committed to providing compassionate and professional care that allows our clients to live independently in their homes.

The big idea behind this role is to have someone available to support with phone, text, and email during our high-volume times and make sure all concerns from our staff and clients are being addressed in a timely manner. We are also needing help proactively reaching out to clients and staff to survey them to ensure we are aware of their needs. We are a growing company and finding that our current staff is needing just a bit more help! As we continue to grow this can develop into a more specialized role.

Employment Type: Full-Time. USA Mountain Time Zone. The time does change by an hour twice a year with daylight savings time too. The schedule will vary depending on our other staffing but will be between 6am and 10pm MST. You will have weekends scheduled as well.

This position does require full time commitment with no other responsibilities or jobs happening during work hours.


Job Responsibilities:

Assist with screening and recruiting of applicants.

Complete HR related paperwork for new and current employees.
 
Handle last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, and emergency requests efficiently.

Communicate with caregivers and clients to confirm shifts, address availability, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Utilize scheduling software to maintain accurate records of caregiver assignments and client appointments.

Assist with onboarding new employees, including coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring all required documentation is completed.

Contacting new employees or clients regularly to ensure they have questions answered and are receiving any support needed.

Manage email, text, and phone correspondence and respond to inquiries from clients, caregivers, and potential hires promptly.

Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Other reasonable tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

VERY Clear and Fluent English.

1 year of experience in a scheduling, administrative, or HR support role, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, caregivers, and tea ---------- mbers.

The ability to manage multiple tasks, and switch between tasks as needed.

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Ability to be flexible with schedules when needed to support other staff when out for illness or vacations.
