We are a growing agency and Ecommerce education company looking to expand our online sales & Partnerships. Our goal is to create an engaging and efficient shopping experience for getting the leads we have to convert into our products or services. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to join our team and take charge of our appointment setting and sales growth.
Job Overview:
As our Agency and Course Appointment Setter Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our lead flow pipeline and ensuring that every lead we generate is being followed up with and is able to convert into a paying customer. Additionally, you will handle the implementation and management of automations and CRM based tasks that will make sure we are organized and keeping track of everything.
Key Responsibilities:
Agency and Course Appointment Setter Manager:
- Oversee daily operations of our Agency and Education company.
- Build and customize CRM flows and systems to ensure we are not letting any leads go untouched.
- Implement and manage plugins and third-party apps to enhance functionalities.
- Monitor sales performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure we are constantly mentioning the right things to our leads in order to get them to convert based on their needs.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Generate regular reports on performance and sales metrics.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential new products.
- Develop strategies for launching new digital products and assessing their market viability.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by managing client and customer relationships.
- Implement and maintain customer feedback systems to improve their experience.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment for our customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, specifically with Agency work or Digital Products.
- Proficient in building and customizing CRM flows on GHL.
- Experience in creating and managing ad campaigns on Meta
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently/with teams and meet deadlines.
- Must be available to work within the Central Time Zone.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom theme development.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Canva.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Meta/TikTok/Google
