We’re building AFKCrypto — the execution layer for crypto automation — and we’re looking for a Community Growth Manager who’s been there, done that.

You’ve taken communities from 0 to 100k+ followers and can prove it. You understand how to turn early buzz into a long-term, thriving ecosystem — not just vanity metrics.

If you live at the intersection of crypto culture, automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make), and viral growth tactics, and you’re a self-starter who thrives on moving the needle, we want you leading our community from day one.

What You’ll Do:

Architect and execute a community growth strategy across Twitter/X, ---------- , Telegram, and niche automation & crypto spaces.

Drive audience growth from 0 ? 100k+ with measurable engagement, not just follower count.

Build and manage influencer & creator partnerships to amplify reach and credibility.

Direct the content & creative process — producing scroll-stopping, on-brand content.

Track and optimize growth funnels using analytics — doubling down on what works, cutting what doesn’t.

Activate crypto + automation enthusiasts through content, live sessions, challenges, collaborations, and partnerships.

Create and manage growth loops — viral posts, influencer collabs, user-generated workflows, and automation showcase campaigns.

Integrate community activity with no-code automation workflows to scale onboarding, engagement, and support.

Provide actionable community insights to the product team to shape features and adoption.


What We’re Looking For:

Proven record of growing a community from 0 ? 100k+ followers (must provide proof/case studies).

Experience in Crypto, Web3, No-code Automation, or SaaS community building.

Knowledge of no-code automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make) and the ability to use them to enhance engagement.

Up to date with platform algorithms, growth hacking, and audience psychology.

Skilled in influencer/creator partnerships, creative direction, and analytics-driven optimization.

Self-starter with a bias for action — proactive, resourceful, and results-driven.

Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments where priorities can shift quickly.
