Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using ChatGPT, organizing and sorting data in Google Docs, and formatting documents with bullet points. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize ChatGPT to assist with various tasks, including content creation, research, and customer inquiries.
Organize and sort data in Google Docs, ensuring information is accurate and easily accessible.
Format documents using bullet points and other formatting tools to maintain consistency and readability.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Proficiency in using ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
Strong experience with Google Docs, including data organization and formatting.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a conducive work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a virtual assistant or similar role.
Familiarity with other Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, etc.).
Basic understanding of data analysis and management.
