English Proofreader (Remote)

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented proofreader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proofreading and editing various types of documents. This is a remote position, and you will be working from home.

Responsibilities:

Proofread and edit a variety of documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all documents
Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Provide constructive feedback to writers and editors
Requirements:

Proven experience as a proofreader
Excellent command of the English language
Familiarity with proofreading tools and software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage your workload

About this job:

This is a fully remote, gig position. We have a consistent flow of content that needs to be read for grammar, spelling, punctuation and styling. You can work on as few or as many articles per week as you'd like, up to 40 hours of work.
