Web Developer

Bring your code to life as a Web Developer at a creative agency working with global clients!

We're looking for an experienced developer with excellent coding skills to create responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

1. Send a daily report
2. Develop and maintain websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress
3. Implement custom WordPress themes and plugins
4. Create new and maintain websites on Framer
5. Collaborate with designers to ensure proper implementation of UI/UX designs

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 3 years experience in the following:

1. Front-end development using standard HTML/CSS/JS
2. WordPress custom development with PHP
3. React or other JS frameworks, e.g. Astro
*Please note what stack you are comfortable with when applying
4. CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind

Current stack that we handle in projects:

- HTML/CSS/JS, using Bootstrap and/or Tailwind
- Astro
- Wordpress, some custom PHP
- Framer (nocode, based on React)

About you:

- You're a fast learner
- You pay close attention to detail
- You follow instructions closely but are willing to share your ideas too
- Your English writing, reading, and listening skills are excellent

You'll need to use the applications we listed below. You don't need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them:

- Web research using search engines like Google, Bing, etc.
- Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Calendar)
- Notion (project management)
- Slack (communication)
- Float (time tracking)

Work schedule and holidays
This is a part-time hourly position, Mondays to Fridays, flexible hours. When applying, please put Urchin as the first word in your application's subject line.
