JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as E-commerce Customer Support Specialists, handling both email and minimal phone support.

Requirements:

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Experience in an e-commerce setting is a plus! Your ability to connect with customers is key.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of Gorgias, Shopify, and Zendesk is preferred.

Inbound and Outbound Support: Comfortable handling inbound emails and calls, with occasional outbound calls. Flexibility is a key trait we’re looking for.

Problem Solver: Thrive to solve customer issues. Your ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions is crucial.

Reliability: We need tea ---------- mbers who are consistent and committed to providing excellent support.
