English Speaking Video Editing and Social Media Assistant

I'm looking for someone to help me edit for social media. You will spend the majority of your time editing using softwares like capcut and adobe illustrator. Your other time will be spent on social media management (on instagram, X, or TikTok), and then also helping me w/ random items like my newsletter, website, inbox, schedule and other important reminders.
I will train with you directly on editing (you will also shadow w/ me) and I will create tutorials for you for almost all of the tasks you will be doing.

Some tasks you will do to help me:
-Taking camera footage and editing into short form video content based on outlines and ideas I give you.
-Putting tweets and photos I give into templates on adobe and capcut
-Finding trending audio for new ideas and content
-Staying active and interacting on SM
-Analyzing posts - what can we identify that worked in the last week of posts? What didnt?
-Posting my email newsletter onto my website
-Website management - w/ forms, etc.
-screen emails and draft replies
-research as need be
-help manage my calendar

What I’m looking for
-The most important skill for this job is strong written and spoken English communication skills and experience with social media and various softwares (video editing is a big plus)
I'm also looking for someone with:
-High integrity and honesty
-A “can do” attitude and willingness to take on tasks of any size - being able to learn new things and become proficient quickly is very important
-Strong organizational skills and high standards
-At least six hours of overlap with US Pacific business hours (09:30 - 19:30 in UTC?07:00) Monday - Friday

Pay: TBD. This will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply for the job
I am looking for a person to fill a long-term position w/ the availability to be a full-time employee.

About me
I live in Dallas, TX and own two companies. A home service business and an ecommerce supplement company. I am looking to heavily focus on and increase the output of my SM content. I have been working w/ VAs in my businesses for over two years and all my VAs have been happy to work w/ me. You will be given the opportunity to speak with my current VAs before you are hired.
