We are a leading mortgage brokerage firm dedicated to providing exceptional financial services to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Mortgage Broker Assistant to support the Director. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Australian mortgage industry and familiarity with Infynity is preferable but not necessary..
Position Overview:
The Remote Mortgage Broker Assistant will work closely with the Director to support the loan origination process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of mortgage industry processes and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the principal mortgage broker with the loan origination process, including data entry, document collection, and client communication.
Use Infynity CRM to manage client information, track the progress of loan applications, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
Conduct initial screenings of loan applications to determine eligibility.
Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and mortgage brokers.
Prepare and review mortgage application packages to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and transactions in Infynity CRM.
Provide administrative support, including managing
Follow up with clients and third parties to gather necessary documentation and information.
Assist with marketing efforts by managing social media accounts,
Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge, regulations, and best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned by the mortgage brokers or management team.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the mortgage industry or related field.
Proficiency with Infynity CRM or a similar customer relationship management system.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance, business, or a related field are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of mortgage loan processing and industry regulations.
Experience working in a remote environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
