Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller / Appointment Setter / Virtual Assistant to join our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is perfect for someone who is looking to work remotely and has experience in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients from provided leads.
Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects.
Prospect for potential clients online using various platforms and tools.
Manage and update CRM systems with accurate information.
Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Perform any other duties assigned.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a cold caller, appointment setter, or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
