Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to manage our TikTok and Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing short-form video content that resonates with our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of current trends, exceptional storytelling skills, and the ability to produce high-quality, fast-paced content that feels like entertainment rather than a straight ad.

Responsibilities:
TikTok & Reels: Film and post 10 TikToks/Reels per week, ensuring content is filmed organically and authentically.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends and incorporate them into our content strategy, ensuring our videos are current and engaging.
Content Creation: Create videos with no dead space, fast-paced editing, and compelling hooks to capture and retain viewer attention.
Self-Filming: Be willing and able to film yourself as part of the content, ensuring an authentic and personable presence.
Tools: Use tools like CapCut for editing, caption tools, and ElevenLabs for voiceovers to enhance content quality.
Engagement: Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely and friendly manner.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
Content Review: Submit TikToks/Reels for review to ensure they meet our brand standards and marketing goals.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a TikTok/Reels Content Creator or similar role.
