JOB OVERVIEW

Oasis-Living Europe is looking for a competent individual to be part of the Customer Care team and will support the Operations Manager.

Hours:
You will be working 6 days a week - work in morning UK shift and one day in evening shift (we will distribute so that you have maximum rest times)

Oasis-Living is a property management based in London working to improve the renting experience for tenants and landlords.
We are a London, UK based company specialising in Airbnb/Hospitality sector with operations in UK, Ireland and Spain

Our team is distributed all over the world with an existing team of customer care in Philippines working remotely with us for over 6 years

Responsibilities
Answer guest’s queries in a polite and articulate way
Assist guests through the guest’s journey
Communicate with third party services ( Airbnb, ---------- , VRBO etc) to mitigate dispute
Request and write reviews to clients
Coordinate operations with housekeeping and maintenance staff
Perform various administrative tasks periodically assigned by the Manager

What we want
Prior experience in working with serviced accommodation and Airbnb management business is preferred. We will have a strong preference for candidates who have worked in Airbnb in the past (not worked in Airbnb business but in Airbnb company itself)

Should have high speed internet connection - at least 20 Mbps of both download and upload speeds, we will check this consistently in first 3 months

Fluent English speaking - you will have 2 interviews over zoom. Spanish speaking skills will be valued as well

Excellent organisational skills

Capacity to follow complex procedures
General Computer Literacy: Google Suite, Word, Excel,. Use of ChatGPT at a good level is preferred

Capacity to speak professionally on the phone with noise-free background
