CFO / Internal Finance Manager

We currently have multiple companies and bank accounts running in different countries, which each their own cash flows. I’d like to have one consolidated view of all my businesses in Quickbooks.

I’d like to see the following reports;
- The total profit per day, week, and month
- Balance sheets
- Ledgers
- Payment processing & cashflow projection forecasts
- List of current active subscriptions/expenses

I’d also like to have you check all outgoing invoices, as well as the incoming invoises, to check if everything is correct.

I'm looking for someone who;
- Can come with solutions, tools, or any app which might enhance the accounting of the business.
- Comes with his/her own ideas to improve the accounting.
- Is active and checks up on my finances, without me having to ask for it.

I am looking for a fixed monthly fee, so not hourly fees. Please submit your proposed monthly fee in the application.
