Broker Price Opinion Real Estate Appraiser Full time/part time

We are a start-up BPO outsourcing company and we need to hire 2 property analysts to appraise residential properties in the United states. This will be a part time job for now, until we get more clients to register to our site and we will be able to hire you full time. The pay will be as per order basis. One BPO exterior order processed will be at 3$ and a little higher for interior orders.

The selected candidates must be familiar with MLS, Valuation forms, Data entry, obtaining the proper comparables for the property, and must be able to process exterior, interior orders, data entry, condition reports and so on.
