JOB OVERVIEW

Action Reaction Training Ltd is the creator of an online 12 week body transformation programme for men and women. We help people change their lives by providing easy to follow nutrition and fitness programmes.

The company is 2 years old and is going through a period of growth, so we are looking for a proactive and dependable VA to help manage the day-to-day online administration so that the 2 directors can focus on strategic planning.

We have up to around 150 clients on the programme at any one time. All clients are required to email in progress reviews every fortnight, documents which need checking, filling and logging on the CRM system.

This role does require direct communication with clients via email, so excellent written English is essential.

Responsibilities:

• To receive all review documentation from clients on a fortnightly basis
• Check over documentation to see if it’s complete and correct.
• Chase clients for any missing or incorrect documents.
• Chase clients who have failed to send in their fortnightly review.
• Filling in Dropbox
• Keep CRM system updated with client activity (Infusionsoft)

Required
• 2 years previous VA experience
• Excellent written English

Preferred:
• Working experience of Infusionsoft (CRM system)
• A personal interest in health and fitness

Working hours:

• Part-time – 20 hours
• 4 hours per day
• 9am to 1pm GMT each working day
• Week days to work will be – Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon (Tue/Wed off)

• Potential for the work to become full-time hours
• To manage analytics and reporting
• To mange website
• Complete email inbox management for both directors
• SEO and Marketing activities
