**Job Description:**
As a Freelance Floor Plan Designer and 3D Renderer at TomCo Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for:
- Creating detailed floor plans and designs based on client specifications.
- Producing high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations of projects.
- Collaborating with clients and our internal team to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards.
- Making revisions and updates to designs based on client feedback.
- Delivering projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in floor plan design and 3D rendering.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your previous work in floor plan design and 3D rendering.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and tea ---------- mbers.
