Job Description:

We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Sales Assistant to support our clients B2B +. This role is crucial for ensuring the effectiveness of our sales operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Handling email correspondence with clients and suppliers efficiently.
- Requesting quotes from suppliers and preparing and sending quotes to clients.
- Issuing accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Following up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify potential opportunities for further sales.
- Assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks to help streamline the sales process.
- Maintaining CRM system
- Performing other related duties as assigned.

Schedule :

Hours required are 8.30am - 5.30pm Sydney, Australian time.
