Job Opportunity: Interior Designer for Residential Home and Airbnb

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to transform our residential home and Airbnb into beautifully designed, functional, and inviting spaces. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for interior design, and the ability to create stunning environments, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Provide detailed interior design consultation and advice to address and solve specific design challenges.
- Plan and design the layout by strategically arranging furniture pieces to optimize space and functionality.
- Create a visual mood board representing the chosen furniture pieces that align with the preferred interior design style.
- Develop a list of recommended furniture pieces and accessories, enabling immediate purchase and implementation of the selected items.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in interior design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing residential and/or Airbnb projects.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements.
- Ability to create detailed mood boards and furniture layouts.
