E-Commerce Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon and eBay product listings to drive sales growth. You will monitor and analyze sales performance, adjust strategies as needed, and handle inventory management and fulfillment processes. You will be working 40 hours per week during American business hours and get paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

« To create and optimize client’s online product listings on Amazon and eBay

« To develop attractive product descriptions

« To update pricing information and run promotions

« To process and track all customer orders

« To review and refresh product categories

« To manage shipping and order tracking

« To process returns, exchanges, and refunds

« To respond to customer inquiries (email, chats, social media, text, calls)

« To manage product inventory and restocking needs

« To conduct competitor research and identify best practice

« To research and source new products and designs

« To provide full admin and back-office support

« To identify new product opportunities and trends

Qualification & Experience Requirements

« Fluent in American English, written and oral

« Experience working in an e-commerce role 2+ years

« Experience in Amazon and eBay is required

« Experience in the apparel or fashion industry is a plus

« Experience creating attractive product listings

« Hands-on experience in dealing with customer inquiries/complaints.
