Exult Planet is looking for a highly skilled and experienced managerial-level virtual assistant to handle various tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce management, marketing, and strategic planning. This role is pivotal in driving growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our online store.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Affiliate Network Management
- Manage and recruit affiliates on the ShareASale network.
- Monitor and report on affiliate performance.

2. Shopify Management
- Proficiency with Shopify and PageFly for creating high-converting landing pages.
- Handle product listings, inventory, and order management.

3. Email Marketing
- Craft and send marketing emails using email marketing tools.
- Implement segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize engagement.

4. AI Tools
- Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools for content generation and customer service.
- Explore AI solutions for enhancing business processes.

5. Graphic Design
- Create social media graphics, email templates, and marketing materials using Canva.

6. Video Editing
- Create and edit promotional videos using CapCut.

7. E-commerce Management
- Manage order fulfillment through AliExpress and the DSers app.
- Source products and handle dropshipping processes.

8. Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages.

9. Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost sales and traffic.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.

10. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Enhance customer retention strategies.
- Personalize customer interactions to improve satisfaction and loyalty.

11. Content Strategy
- Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

12. Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics.
- Generate reports on sales, traffic, and marketing campaign effectiveness.

13. SEO and SEM Management
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic.

14. Partnership Development
- Identify and negotiate with potential partners and collaborators.
- Manage influencer relationships and campaigns.

15. Product Management
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage the product catalog.
- Plan and execute product launches and promotions.

16. Process Improvement
- Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices for e-commerce management.

17. Training and Team Management
- Train and supervise junior VAs or other tea ---------- mbers.

18. Budget Management
- Oversee the marketing and operational budget.
