Virtual Staging/3d Artist

Hello! I am looking for a 3d artist who knows how to do virtual staging.

Task Description
- Create realistic photo staging and rendering using actual photos.

Requirements
- Proficiency in 3d modelling using 3ds max, Sketch Up or any 3d rendering software. Ability to use 3ds max is an advantage.
- Has experience with virtual staging
- Produce 3d realistic renders for virtual staging.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for post production purposes.
