Daily tasks:

- Follow up with prospects & potential leads
- Keep track of your KPIs/number of messages
- Communicate with and update the team

Your focus for the first 2 months will be mainly on outbound outreach. After the 2 months depending on the performance you can access and start working with inbound leads

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in appointment setting or similar roles.
- Proficiency in using Instagram, Facebook, DMs for business purposes.
- Strong communication (+fluent english) skills and the ability to effectively engage with potential clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- USA-based time zone availability.
- Familiarity with Notion and Google Sheet.

**Compensation:**

- $10 per qualified showed up appointment, plus
- **Up to 5-7.5% commission retainer on closed deals. (High ticket offer)**
- Recurring % on recurring deals
- Performance-based Bonuses

So, in the end of the month you can end up with $1500-$2500+ USD in commission (without counting recurring payments)
