Video Editor (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled and creative remote Video Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for taking our recorded footage, editing, and mixing it to produce visually engaging and compelling video content. As a video editor in our music industry, you should first have the ability to mix and process drum audio tracks and then possess a strong expertise in video editing. You will work independently with your remote supervisor to deliver content that exceeds our expectations and meets industry standards.

===RESPONSIBILITIES===
- Familiar with the latest Adobe Premiere Pro video editing software, audio mixer, and audio effects.
- Balance the 4 volume mixes (Bass Drum, Snare Drum, Toms, Cymbals) of our multi-track recording to be used in our drum videos. Need to produce a balanced drum audio.
- Cut, splice, and synchronize drum video and drum audio clips, applying transitions, titles, sound effects, and Color corrections.
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, visually compelling video productions.
- Select and add appropriate music and sound effects to videos.
- Create and implement graphics and special effects in videos.
- Curate and compile monthly announcements to display in our physical premises.
- Creating short videos and Copywriting for Instagram (reels, stories)
- Create attractive bite-sized content from existing longer drum footage for reels.
- Manage, organize, and maintain production files and video libraries. All source and working files must be online at all times.
- Ensure strict adherence to the standard operating procedures for a consistently high-quality output in all aspects of the video production process.
- Meet tight deadlines and be consistent in scheduling weekly content.
- Brainstorming ideas for engaging and creative short video content.
- Update and account for work done via ---------- and daily Telegram reporting.


===REQUIREMENTS===
- Experience in the music industry, audio mixing, music covers, and MTVs. Proven work experience as a video editor with at least 3 years of video editing experience
- A bachelor's degree in film production, media studies, communications, or equivalent field.
- Strong knowledge and experience with various editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Vegas Pro (training & Vegas Pro license provided).
- Proficient in the use of editing images in Photoshop
- A keen eye, attention to detail, and artistic ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to final delivery by meeting deadlines collaboratively and independently.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and video output formats.
- Proven experience in drumming or percussion would be a plus.
- You will be required to own Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects during your 3-month probation.
- A stable internet environment, and a 200GB of Hard Disk space is required. A pair of good quality headphones will be required for drum audio mixing.

Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm (Singapore Time)
Work remotely
1 year contract (renewable)
Follows Singapore's Public Holidays

Required to pass all 4 Assignments as part of the hiring process.
