The Role:
At e-Careers, we believe that our success hinges on a dynamic sales team. We are currently seeking a dedicated telemarketer to promote our training and work experience programs.

As a telemarketer, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers in the UK who have previously shown interest in our offerings. You will educate them on the value of our programs, with the objective of setting up appointments with our course consultants.

Your key tasks will include generating interest, qualifying leads, and securing appointments over the phone.

We are looking for a self-motivated sales professional with excellent English communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a passion for helping individuals enhance their lives through upskilling opportunities. If you are driven to succeed and eager to earn, you could be the perfect fit for this role.

We offer a competitive salary package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive environment that promotes growth and professional development.

Objectives of this role:
• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our training programs and work experience opportunities.
• Establish rapport with clients, assess their needs, and provide comprehensive information to instill confidence in our offerings.
• Address client concerns and overcome objections through confident and informed sales discussions to influence purchasing decisions.
• Work closely with sales teams to arrange appointments and consultations for qualified leads.
• Meet or surpass individual targets and goals related to appointment setting.

Responsibilities:
• Make phone calls to prospective clients using our computerised directory system.
• Efficiently manage and maintain your database of leads.
• Handle leads effectively to avoid exhausting potential opportunities.
• Execute the sales script, making necessary adjustments to ensure consistency in the sales program.
• Respond to enquiries from potential clients about our programs and how they align with their career aspirations.
• Generate a minimum of 20 qualified and high-quality appointments daily through proactive calling.
• Schedule appointments or facilitate live call transfers for prospective customers, based on the availability of course consultants.
• Provide training to new telemarketers as needed.
• Report any issues, concerns, or questions to your line manager.
• Always communicate with potential customers in a respectful and polite manner.

Required skills and qualifications:
• Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets.
• Strong communication skills in British English via phone and email.
• Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
• Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation.

YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR CV WITH YOUR APPLICATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.

In this role, you will play a critical part in the growth of our organisation by bringing new sales opportunities to e-Careers and being proactive and a high achiever.
